Ashtanga yoga: Unable to get a teacher. |
Posted: 23 Feb 2021 05:55 AM PST Hello all, I'm not being able to find a local Shala or any Ashtanga teacher where I live. Would practising from an online resource be helpful? If yes, what are some of the good sources? I'm just starting to learn Ashtanga, and I'm pretty confused as to how to work towards each Asana, how to do you set up sequence to work towards an Asana, etc. Any advice would be helpful. 🤗 [link] [comments] |
