| Posted: 10 Apr 2021 07:09 AM PDT I'm a 35 year old guy with an autoimmune disease who's looking to build some muscle and tone up some. I was doing heavy lifting for awhile a couple years ago until I had a flare up. Then I stopped because I'm too scared to start again and go back into flare. I think the stress on my body from heavy lifting was a factor just my opinion though. I have quite a bit of constant joint pain due to autoimmune (so my Dr says). So I'm looking for recommendations for a program or YouTube channel to follow to help me out with hopefully joint pain and loose weight/build muscle. Thanks [link] [comments] | ||
