    Hoping for some discussion/learning by asking….What's the deal with the full vinyasa method? I can't seem to find much information to understand the appropriate use of it. Keep in mind, please, that I am so new and trying to find my way….I only learned Ashtanga last year in lockdown, and rely on led half primary sessions. I will do one led session with this method (to Jodi Blumstein on Glo, I must say a big thank you) out of a 5x/week practice. I will admit, the full vinyasa session has become my favorite practice, owing to the energy it creates and the pure joy I feel afterwards - maybe bc I don't feel a need to do more than one a week lol. When/how is this method used, have you used in the past or at all now? Any and all perspectives, advice and thoughts welcome, and thank you to everyone who shares insight and ideas in this community, you are all so helpful.

    More emotion in your hips or heart?

    I always hear people say they get emotional in pigeon exc, (not to brag but I've never experienced it)

    Basic Heart openers like upward dog are pretty upsetting for me and make me wish I had a drink on the other hand.

    Is a different kind of emotional trauma stored in your hips vs your heart or ...? Thoughts ?
