I have duck feet due to my ankle. How do I fix this?

    Posted: 13 Jun 2021 12:18 PM PDT

My right feet is duck footed. I know why my right ankle is the culprit because...

(Please read all of it .You might help a friend out)

A couple years earlier , I was on a 2 wheeler on the passenger seat. We were slowly going through a really narrow alley where the tip of my foot got stuck in another (stationary) vehicle's wheel and my foot painfully turned outward .

A few days after this incident I began having excruciating pain in my ankle. I couldn't even transfer my weight on my right foot. Let alone walking. I told my parents about this and they said it's prolly some random sprain. So we ignored it . A few months later this excruciating pain left.

It is now that I realize that I have duck feet. I don't look normal when I walk. My squats and lunges are messed up .

Please suggest me exercises I can do to fix my outward rotated duck feet

    Hip popping while kicking?

    Posted: 13 Jun 2021 08:24 AM PDT

I've been following stretching routines to get the side split, and today when I kicked my right leg as part of the warm-up, my hip began to make a popping noise. There's no pain, but my hip was not popping yesterday. Should I be worried?

Can only touch toes right after I stretch ?

    Posted: 13 Jun 2021 08:04 AM PDT

Kind of a stupid question but is it normal to be able to only touch your toes after you stretch? I'd like to be able to touch them at any point but I find that the next day after I stretch I can only reach to my shins. Do I just have to keep stretching or is that just how it is lol

how do you exit from a middle split when you can’t get all the way down yet?

    Posted: 13 Jun 2021 07:03 AM PDT

when i try to stretch my spilt from a standing position with my hands supporting me, i have no idea how to exit in a way that doesn't hurt my hips. i usually just collapse onto one knee and i really feel it in my right hip when i do that. should i just fall backwards on my butt or something? i feel like this is such a stupid question but it's really hindering me from wanting to train this split ☹️

    Sleep on stomach-severe APT

    Posted: 12 Jun 2021 01:22 PM PDT

I'm assuming I'm not the only person who sleeps on their front. Been doing it for years and really cant sleep unless I sleep this way. Problem is, I have awful APT currently trying to at least stretch my hip flexors several times a day.

Does anyone have any tips to train myself to sleep on my side? I do have a sleep aid which you stick between your legs on your side, however I can't fall alseep this way.
