| Posted: 21 Jun 2021 05:38 PM PDT Been stretching for about 7 months and noticed that before I started stretching walking was like automatical thing, my leg ould just go straight and the other one would follow up but now I feel like my hip is moving so much, going from here to there I don't know, feels strange to me. My hamstrings are still sore now. I done them with perfect form. Is this normal? I'm 39 years old, been bodybuilding /weights since 15 now moving into bodyweight exercises for a change.
