    Foam rollers for flexibility?

    I noticed that my foam roller loosens tight muscle, namely my thighs, and I have increased range of motion and feel markedly better. For me it works faster than stretching out my quads. What is your experience of stretching vs foam rolling for any part of the body?

    Walking feels weird

    Been stretching for about 7 months and noticed that before I started stretching walking was like automatical thing, my leg ould just go straight and the other one would follow up but now I feel like my hip is moving so much, going from here to there I don't know, feels strange to me. It's like my weight just bounces between my legs. Have u experienced it or I am just crazy?

    Snapping hip help

    Hi all. Just a quick question. Started doing hip hinge exercises with a wooden dowel in front of the mirror on Saturday.. My hamstrings are still sore now. I done them with perfect form. Is this normal?

    I'm 39 years old, been bodybuilding /weights since 15 now moving into bodyweight exercises for a change.

    Is it better to stretch after a workout?
