- My right leg is super tight and I I not get my knee to touch the floor. Whenever I sit criss cross I have to use a pillow or mat because my right leg will not allow me to sit in that position comfortably. I'm pretty sure it's my hip, but I feel it in my knee as well. Any advice?
- How bad is my adductor flexibility on a scale of 1-10? I know its bad but i'd like to know how bad. This is the deepest position i can get into

Posted: 25 Jul 2021 07:49 PM PDT For background, I pop my hips every morning when I do my morning stretching. I have to pop them different ways, but with the right one specifically it pops when I go into a squat and then put more weight on the right side. For some reason, 2 weeks ago my hip started hurting and feeling like it needed to pop which was unusual because it usually only has to once a day. I work from home so I do several short sessions of dynamic stretching throught the day, especially for my back, hips, and legs. I have tried so many stretches, techniques, and at best I can get a small pop that provides marginal relief, but within an hour it's back to feeling like it needs to really crack. I would love any stretches or methods of cracking your hips that have worked for you! Note: I've been working on my middle splits for the past few months and there seems to be some tension around the hip area, and I'm not sure if it's an anatomical limitation or just tightness in the muscles and I'd just need to keep working on it.
