| Marichyasana B weird knee movement Posted: 18 Apr 2020 03:14 PM PDT Has it ever happened to you a weird tendon/ ligament movement, while flexing the leg to enter in Marichyasana B? I experience for second time in 1 year a really weird and painful movement while flexing, not the knee in half lotus but the other one, and then going a little bit forward to make the wrap. The pain went away after a few seconds but I'm feeling some discomfort in that area. Please Let me known your experiences and anything that might help! [link] [comments] |

I don't currently have a chosen drink so looking for suggestions! Also something to possibly encourage a bathroom trip before i start my practise.. if you catch my drift! [link] [comments] |

I was wondering what type of food and drink people have prior to their morning yoga routine? Is it better to go on an empty stomach at the beginning of day? Does anyone begin with water / lemon water or anything herbal which helps with their routine? Also I was interested in some dietary advice, what diets people tend to follow. I am non-veg although with recent yoga practice, I crave more vegetable foods and enjoy it much more. Does anyone stick on any specific foods which aid their practice? I am just curious to how people approach their nutritional or herbal requirements. I am quite certain that we all different and unique to our approaches in this area, so this is not to start a debate on who is right or wrong - just looking for wisdom from the experienced.
