| „Bad“ choices (food/ sleep etc) Posted: 14 Nov 2020 12:23 AM PST Hi, so what happens to me (really often during the last weeks) is that i eat lots of junk food in the evening or stay up really late to watch stupid instagram/ tiktok stuff. (or both) and i think, okay i could just skip practice in the morning or whatever, i dont care anyway. then in the morning i always get up and go to the shala before work and regret what i did because i am crazy tired, i gained a lot of weight during the last weeks and my practice is so much worse than before. (and i actually care a lot!!) dont even know why i am doing that?! anyone experienced that too? dont know how to stop that, because its making me crazy. thank you! [link] [comments] |
