I am getting better at it, but I had a question. For the Pike Leg stretch, would we get the same results if we do Toe Touching stretches? | Posted: 13 Nov 2020 06:37 AM PST When I do pancake good morning stretches(on a high platform), I feel an intense stretch at the upper, left-ish part of my right hamstring, it's not painful but it's uncomfortable and I know something bad is gonna happen if I go even further down. My left hamstring is absolutely fine and I don't even feel a stretch there. I've had this before and rested a week but then it came back again now. Anyone has an idea what this is?
