Why is it important to breathe deeply in and out while stretching? How does it help?

Is there a way to do PNF stretching for hamstring with both legs at the same time?

    Posted: 15 Nov 2020 01:16 AM PST

I only see PNF stretching for hamstrings with one leg (where one lies down and lift one leg up and tries to push down). I would like to know if there is an effective way to do PNF stretching with both legs to reduce time just like we can do both legs at the same time when we do PNF stretching for the side splits.

Would just lying down and lifting both legs, instead of just one leg, and trying to push down with both legs work?

Not there yet, but working hard on my middle split, hoping to get it by New Year. It really is the most difficult of the splits
