| Is there a wiki or a course I can follow? Posted: 19 Dec 2020 08:55 PM PST Honestly, I am so lost, and I am not even sure if I am doing this practice right. I have just been trying to piece together random youtube videos and internet articles. Currently, I am practicing diaphragmatic breathing and alternate nostril breathing. I have tried doing ujayyii breath but its not working. Does anyone know of any good "staple resources"? [link] [comments] |
